Shipping cost €6.00 for orders under €150.00. Exceeded this amount, shipping is free.
NovecentoCurvy ships to Italy and Europe using the Gls express courier service. All goods shipped by NovecentoCurvy are carefully packed. Together with the goods shipped, NovecentoCurvy will include the invoice in the package indicating in detail the prices and discounts applied, even in the case of sales.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
All orders duly completed and paid will be processed within two working days: all shipments leave from NovecentoCurvy, (Italy), only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 17.30. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled the following Tuesday.
FOLLOW YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE
NovecentoCurvy offers its customers a shipping service that can be traced at any time, thanks to the service made available by GLS. The Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment of the goods with the code (tracking number) provided by Gls which will allow him to check the progress of his shipment at any time.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): delivery is indicatively expected within three days of shipment. EU European countries (DDP): delivery is indicatively expected within five working days of shipment. Non-EU European countries (DDU): delivery is indicatively expected within three working days of shipment.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the package is tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reservation or refuse the delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to NovecentoCurvy by sending an e-mail to our customer service. If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs required to return the package to NovecentoCurvy will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be sent back to NovecentoCurvy at the Customer's expense. In this case NovecentoCurvy will take care of deducting this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
Returns

The return can be made in 2 ways:
1) By contacting us on Whatsapp on +39 3664512002 and requesting the return to the address of your choice, at a cost of €10.00.
2) The customer can make the return at his own expense, with any shipping company present in Italy.
NovecentoCurvy intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 15 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To send NovecentoCurvy one or more returns, the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:
A) - All items for sale on the NovecentoCurvy website are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the garment. If necessary, the garment must be tried on without removing the tag. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted with the tag cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
B) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) - The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately.
D) - All the other labels of the garment, both in fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
E) - The goods to be returned must be delivered intact to Novecentocurvy
F) - The customer who wishes to change the size, color or item must send an email to the following address: novecentocurvy@gmail.com
G) - Returns of underwear and swimwear items will not be accepted in the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, NovecentoCurvy reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the Customer's expense last.
4.2 THE RETURN PROCEDURE
A) - To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to novecentocurvy@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving the goods. The codes of the items to be returned must be specified in the e-mail. Once the return request has been received, NovecentoCurvy's customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
B - The shipping price will be charged to the Customer.
Send the package to NovecentoCurvy shipping office Via Salvator Noto 39/45 The shipment is at the risk of the Customer: NovecentoCurvy is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging with which they were received or with the same method and type of the same. Inside the package, the Customer will find a label to be placed as a seal to close the outermost packaging, as a guarantee for the Customer and NovecentoCurvy against any tampering with the return.
All returned items will be inspected by NovecentoCurvy staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. NovecentoCurvy reserves the right to evaluate further charges that may be necessary to guarantee the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the assessment of the condition of the returns and communicated to the Customer.
REIMBURSEMENT
If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all the conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming the return has been accepted. The refund due will be made by credit card (if the order was paid by credit card), Paypal credit (if the order was paid by Paypal) or bank transfer if the order was made with cash on delivery.
