Purchase on www.novecentocurvy.com is a simple and safe operation. The Customer must view the collections, choose the product and order its shipment. The online store offers clothing and accessories from the following international curvy fashion brands: ELENA MIRO' - LUISA VIOLA - PERSONA . Thanks to the exclusive service and unmistakable style of Novecento Curvy , shopping will become a unique moment. To browse through the proposals, simply select a CATEGORY and discover the selection of products . Each product is accompanied by a descriptive sheet containing information on the model, price, composition, sizes and colors.
With ADD TO CART , the desired item is placed in a virtual shopping bag that allows you to continue browsing the other pages of the site, waiting for confirmation of the order. At any time you can add new purchases or, with the CANCEL ITEM function , exclude those already selected. By clicking on the VIEW CART link , the prices of the individual items purchased and the total amount of the order, still partial and not confirmed, are shown. Thanks to the WISHLIST function, you can compose, while shopping, a list of your favorite items that will then be stored in a reserved space, with the possibility of reviewing them whenever you want. Once you have made your choice, simply insert the selection made directly into the cart.
With SEND ORDER online shopping comes to an end. If you are already a Novecento Curvy Customer , simply enter your email and password, and the system will automatically recognize you. If this is your first visit to the Novecento Curvy online store , you must register on the site (by clicking on the REGISTER link ), so as to enter the data needed for purchasing and shipping. Once completed, the system will memorize the information and the Customer will be automatically recognized during subsequent visits to the site after registration.

When we talk about " consumer " we mean any natural person who acts on Novecento Curvy for purposes that are not considered to be their commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity, if any. 3. In consideration of its commercial policy, Novecento Curvy reserves the right not to follow up on orders coming from subjects other than the consumer or in any case on orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
4. These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on Novecento Curvy between Novecento Curvy users.
5. The General Conditions of Sale do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by parties other than Novecento Curvy who are present on Novecento Curvy via links, banners or other hypertext connections.
6. Novecento Curvy reserves the right to cancel and/or delete any order for any reason (unavailability, inventory error, defective items). Obviously, the cancellation will be followed by the relative refund of the entire amount spent; refund that will be made with the same method with which the payment of the order was made.
Guarantees and indication of product prices
1. On Novecento Curvy, only luxury and premium branded products are offered for sale. These products are purchased directly from carefully selected retailers for their rigorous quality controls.
The goods offered for sale on the site www.novecentocurvy.com are not obtained exclusively from the owners of the brands, but from authorized dealers. Novecento Curvy declares to be an authorized dealer of the companies: ELENA MIRO' - LUISA VIOLA - PERSONA . All the brands mentioned on the site are registered trademarks of their respective owners who hold the rights and ownership. The mere mention of such brands within the site does not suggest or imply that the respective owners have any affiliation or agreement with the site itself.
Novecento Curvy does not sell used, irregular or lower quality products than the corresponding standards offered on the market.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on Novecento Curvy within each product sheet. The images and colours of the products offered for sale on Novecento Curvy may however not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
Product prices may be subject to change. Make sure you know the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form. The increase or decrease in the sale price is our sole discretion and may occur even a few seconds after you have closed the order.
Novecento Curvy , in the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right to not accept the return of products that are missing the relevant tags, products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.
Since this is a catalogue comparable by law to mail order sales, Novecento Curvy reserves the right to cancel orders and/or purchase procedures in the event of an error in the publication of prices or items for sale. In this case, the customer will obviously be reimbursed for any expenses incurred.
SP EDITIONS
The shipping cost is €10.00.
Novecento Curvy ships to Italy via the GLS express courier service. All goods shipped by Novecento Curvy are carefully packaged. Together with the shipped goods, Novecento Curvy will insert in the package (or where requested via email) the invoice detailing the prices of the purchased items.
ORDER EVASION
All orders duly filled out and paid for will be processed within two working days: all shipments leave from our operational headquarters in Via Salvator noto 39-45 Torre del Greco (NA) 80059, only on working days: from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Tuesday.
TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE
Novecento Curvy offers its customers a shipping service that can be tracked at any time, thanks to the service provided by GLS. The Customer will receive an email confirming the shipment of the goods with the code (tracking number) provided by GLS that will allow them to check the progress of their shipment at any time. Alternatively, you can always check the delivery status in real time in the "My account" section of the site. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) shipping is made to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary) where VAT/TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping is for Extra-EU or Extra-Schengen countries, not subject to VAT/TVA payment on the purchase price.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are dependent on the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): shipping is approximately expected within 2 days of the order depending on the availability of our suppliers. European EU countries (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within three/five working days of shipping. European countries outside the EU (DDU): delivery is approximately expected within 5-7 working days of shipping. Rest of the World: delivery is approximately expected up to 7-10 days of shipping with Express Service.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the package appears to be tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reservations or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local GLS office and to Novecento Curvy by sending an email to our customer service novecentocurvy@gmail.com . If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, due to problems created by the GLS shipping company, he can contact us promptly by email or on Whatsapp to communicate the problems encountered . If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be sent back to Novecento Curvy at the Customer's expense. In this case, Novecento Curvy will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
