Novecento Curvy intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 15 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.


To send to Novecento Curvy one or more returns, the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:
A) - All items for sale on the site Novecento Curvy are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the garment using a disposable security seal with the logo of the company . If necessary, the garment must be tried on without removing the tag. The return will be accepted only with the perfectly intact tag. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted with the tag cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
B) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) - The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately.
D) - All the other labels of the garment, both in fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
E) - The goods to be returned can be sent with any shipping company on the market, with costs to be paid by the customer, or you can request collection from a specific address at a cost of €10.00.
F) - Customers wishing to exchange size, color or item can send an email to the following address:, or contact us on Whatsapp at +39 3664512002 to request the "EXCHANGE" shipping service at cost of €10.00.
G) - Returns of stained or worn swimwear items will not be accepted.
In the event of non-compliance with one of the above conditions, Novecento Curvy reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to return them to the Customer at the latter's expense.


A) - To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to the address within 15 days of receiving the goods. The order number and the codes of the items to be returned must be specified in the e-mail. Once the return request has been received, the customer service of Novecento Curvy will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
B - The cost of shipping will be charged to the customer.
Send the parcel to Novecento Curvy, shipping office Via Salvator Noto 39/45, Torre del Greco (NA) 80059. The shipment is at the Customer's own risk: Novecento Curvy is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging with which they were received or with the same method and type of the same.
All returned items will be inspected by Novecento Curvy staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Novecento Curvy reserves the right to evaluate further charges that may be necessary to guarantee the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the assessment of the condition of the returns and communicated to the Customer.


If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all the conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming the return has been accepted. The refund due will be made by crediting your credit card (if the order was paid by credit card), Paypal credit (if the order was paid by Paypal) or bank transfer within15 working days from receipt of the package at our headquarters.
