The products purchased on Novecento Curvy are sold directly by Novecento Curvy , a company incorporated under Italian law, with registered office in Via Salvator Noto 39/45 Torre del Greco (NA). VAT number: 02775881218.
The offer and sale of products on the website www.novecentocurvy.com are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.
The General Conditions of Sale can be periodically updated; those published on Novecento Curvy and accepted at the time of check out are considered effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before proceeding with the purchase.
Method of purchase
For each product chosen, a descriptive sheet is displayed, with the image and the essential characteristics, for example: the colour, the size, the unit price.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on Novecento Curvy may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. Novecento Curvy is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular configuration of the computer or its malfunction.
Product availability
The products offered for sale and the relative price are those indicated on www.novecentocurvy.com
If, at the time of the order, the products are not available, the corresponding size is not displayed.
If, due to the simultaneous purchase by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email is sent.
Novecento Curvy may change the products offered for sale on www.novecentocurvy.com and the relative price at any time and without notice.
Product price
The price of each item is indicated in Euros.
The cost of shipping is indicated before payment.
The execution of the purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be placed after registering and/or creating a personal account ("register for free") of the Customer. Remember to carefully read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Orders are completed by following the steps and instructions specified on the site.
The purchase of the products offered for sale on www.novecentocurvy.com can be carried out by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on www.novecentocurvy.com is prohibited.
Novecento Curvy reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of the orders received.
Novecento Curvy will notify the customer via e-mail of any impossibility to accept the orders received.
Order Confirmation
Upon conclusion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the product ordered, the amount to be paid, with details of the product price and shipping costs.
Terms of payment
Novecento Curvy accepts the following payment methods:
-Bank transfer
- Credit cards (including prepaid cards, Postepay, PayPal)
Novecento accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro.
Bank transfer
The receipt of the bank transfer must be sent to Novecento Curvy - via e-mail - no later than 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, to the following address: novecentocurvy@gmail.com
We will send the ordered items, upon crediting the amount due, which must take place within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order.
The exact bank details to be able to make the transfer will be provided via e-mail upon completion of the online order, or via Whatsapp on +39 3664512002.
Any other forms of payment can be accepted exclusively at the discretion of Novecento Curvy . For more information and/or clarifications, you can send an email. The ordered products remain the property of Novecento Curvy until the relative order has been fully collected.
SHIPPING METHODS
Information on shipping methods are indicated at the time of purchase. Shipping costs for orders below €150.00 are charged to the customer. For all orders over the indicated amount, shipping will be free.
Shipping cost
All purchases are delivered by courier GLS . No shipments are made to post office boxes.
Shipping costs €6.00, except for promotions, when applicable, indicated on the site which provide for free delivery. As specified above.
Delivery areas
The delivery of the products is made to the address requested by the Customer (shipments are not made to post office boxes).
